Whereas Alexandria-Washington Lodge No. 22 is vitally interested in supporting the Masonic Home Construction Plan of providIng two new Wings and an additional 120 Rooms for Masons, their Wives, and Widows, and whereas our Lodge has for many years been a leader in contributing funds to the Masonic Home of Virginia; it is therefore moved that the Lodge continue its interest and support by accepting the financial responsibility of $27,000 to sponsor a Double Room at the Home. Such funds to be raised from the Lodge membership over the next 2-3 years; taking into account those funds already contributed since October 1, 1981.
