February promises to be a busy month for our Lodge and an enjoyable one. Most of our activities will be graced by the presence of the Grand Master of Masons in Virginia, our Brother Donald Maynard Robey, who will be installed at the Grand Lodge on February 10.
Following Grand Lodge, we will welcome MW Bro. Don home at our stated meeting on February 12. After a brief tiled meeting, family and friends will be invited into the lodge room for the homecoming ceremony.
The anniversary of W. Bro. George Washington's birthday will be celebrated on February 21, begining with the laying of wreaths at the tomb of our illustrous Brother at Mt. Vernon. This ceremony is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. to be followed by refreshments at Collingwood. At 5:00 p.m. The Grand Master will make his official visit to the Lodge. This will be followed by dinner in the dining room, an address by the Grand Master and entertainment in the auditorium.
Worshipful Brother John Ranck will serve as the contact for me while I am attending Grand Lodge. His telephone numbers are 660-6275 (H) and 897-7144 (O).
Fraternally,

Robert N. Pitner
Worshipful Master
