It was with deepest regrets that I have received the resignation or our Junior Deacon, Brother Wade Davis. Due to his long commute from home (he lives in Harpers Ferry) and to professional obligations, he feels that it would be exceedingly difficult to continue in line. Brother Wade has filled the duties or his office in an exemplary manner and he shall be sorely missed. Nominations, election and installation to fill the office or Junior Deacon will take place at the first Stated Communication on the 14th.
Our second Stated Communication will be Warden's Night. The Officers will move up and Right worshipful George William Farley, Deputy Grand Master or the Grand Lodge or Virginia, will be our guest and speaker. Let us have a good turnout to honor our Wardens and DGM.
Please note our visiting Lodges this month. The times are correct as or this instance but ir you plan to attend, it may be wise to confirm them with the GWMNM.
For your advance notice, Ladies Night will be celebrated on the 21st or October with dinner and entertainment at the Holiday Inn off Telegraph Road. Tickets will be available by the 14th at a cost or $20.00 each.
Would any Brother who might know the current address or Brother Theodore Thomas Meyers please contact the Secretary. His last known address was in Canoga Park or Chatworth, California.
