Brethren,

Another Grand Lodge is over and we have elected a new Grand Master. Most Worshipful George William Farley, an attorney from Richmond Virginia. We will have the opportunity to meet him during his official visit to Districts 1A & 1B on the 12th at the Scottish Rite Temple. This will not be a tiled meeting, but, will include a dinner at 7:00 pm followed by a program at 8:00 pm. I have tickets for the dinner at $11.00 per person. The Grand Master has a great concern for the ladies of our fraternity, the wives, daughters, and especially the widows.

Brethren, please give special attention to the Blood Drive to be held starting at 8:00 am on the 3rd, in the George Washington Masonic National Memorial. Your blood donations are desperately needed.

Also, take note of the extensive amount of degree work scheduled for this month. We will raise three Master Masons, bringing the total to five for the year to date, and pass two brethren to Fellow Craft. We need your support and assistance in this degree work.
