My Brethren:
At our first Stated Communication, Right Worshipful William Adrian Brown will present a program on The Great Seal. The seal is displayed in Assembly Hall of the Memorial and was a gift to our lodge from President Truman.
We will be having a "pie social", open to our ladies, at our second Stated Communication. This was an annual event in Alexandria-Washington lodge many years ago. We will keep our business to a minimum that evening so that we may fellowship with one another and our ladies. Most Worshipful Donald M. Robey will be showing slides of past activities of our lodge in the dining room. We will also be running the elevators to the observation deck of the Memorial. This is one of the few opportunities we get to include are ladies so make please take advantage of it.
On Saturday, July 31, we will hold our annual picnic. This year we will be joined by Kemper-Macon Ware, Andrew Jackson, and Henry Knox Field Lodge. We will be roasting a pig and several steamship rounds of beef. A fantastic bluegrass band, Bluegrass Trucking Company, will be providing the entertainment. This free event is open to your entire family. Don't miss it!

STATED COMMUNICATIONS - held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month except Thanksgiving; the observance of George W ashington's birthday, and the Installation of Officers on Saint John's Day. December 27.
CALLED COMMUNICATIONS - first Monday of each month will be an EA Called Communication; third Monday of each month will be a FC Called Communication, unless otherwise noted in the trestleboard.
LODGE RITUAL SCHOOL - Conducted each Sunday evening at 7:00 pm Unless otherwise noted in the Trestleboard.
YOUTH MEETINGS AT GWMNM - Alexandria-Washington Chapter, Order of DeMolay meets the first and third Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the North Lodge Room; Bethel No. 22. I.O.J.D. meets the first and third Sundays at 6:00 p.m in the North Lodge Room.
CATECHISM INSTRUCTION - Sunday's at 7:00 p.m. in the Lodge Room unless otherwise noted in the Trestleboard.
